The recipe is so simple:
In your crockpot…
1.5 cups of heavy cream
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cups of milk chocolate chips
6 cups of whole milk
1-3 tsp. vanilla
Simmer on medium, stir occasionally and turn to low if too warm. Enjoy!
