Seasons all types of leafy greens: beet , collard, turnip, mustard, and more! Mix 2 lb of greens that have been washed, drained, and torn in to small pieces, stems removed. Cook in a covered pan with 1/2 cup water until wilted. Add in 1 ounce Greens Seasoning along with 1/4 cup butter or olive oil. After cooking, sprinkle with cider vinegar and serve.
