Mix 2 lbs. of ground meat and/or pork with 2 eggs, ½ loaf grated dry bread (French bread is best when available), 2-3 tbsp. Meatloaf Seasoning – Salt Free and 2 tsp. Salt (optional). Form into loaf and bake 1 hour ant 350′. Mixture can also be formed into meatballs and fried for eating.


For bold flavor that perfectly complements traditional American-style meatloaf, try Meatloaf Seasoning – Salt Free. Simply combine 2 lbs. ground meat with 2 eggs and 1 to 2 cups bread crumbs with 3 tablespoons seasoning then form into a loaf and bake for 1 hour at 350°F. If you want to try something different, shape your meatloaf into balls and serve with fresh pasta!
